The Space
It is a free-standing house that can comfortably accommodate 10 guests, and it comprises 5 large bedrooms with 4 bathrooms – ideal for both leisure and longer-term stays. Whether you’re here to unwind, work remotely or gather with loved ones, Elim House, offers space and serenity for all.
The bedrooms are furnished with 1 King size, 1 queen, 1 double and 4 single beds.
The home has uncapped fibre, smart TV, fireplace, private parking and braai facilities.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, 5-plate gas stove & oven, microwave, cutlery, crockery, and tea- and coffee-making facilities. There is also a washing machine for guests’ convenience.
It extends to the dining area and further to the lounge, furnished with comfy seating. The open-plan dining area and the TV room opens onto a large patio, creating a welcoming space to relax.
Note that every person entering our premises must be listed on the reservation. This is an Airbnb standard requirement for insurance purposes. If you want to bring guests during your stay, the host must be informed.
The number of people including visitors cannot exceed 10 at any given time.
Guest access
Guests will have the entire house, braai/BBQ area, to themselves.
The premises can accommodate 2 guests ‘cars at a time.
Other things to note
This is a family house which is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac safe street mostly with elderly neighbors.
There is a very good relationship and respect between us and our neighbors and guests are therefore requested not to make excessive noise that will disturb the neighbors especially nighttime.
